Floral Show our tenth time in a row at City Hall

This afternoon, we actually realized that we've been exhibiting at Brampton City Hall, as a group, annually, for 10 years straight. We exhibited at the venue as a group various times over the years prior, but it was here and there.

In August 2002, we had an exhibit of floral artwork called Flowertown, at City Hall, moving to Artway Gallery in October. The works were published as a 2003 calendar. In 2003, we decided to make a landscape calendar in 2004. From 2004 to present, we've had a floral theme, and since the Flower City Parade was revived the next year, we moved the show to June.

We thank the City of Brampton staff past and present who have supported this prominent public exhibit space. Their continued commitment to promoting artists living in Brampton, for the past two decades, is commendable.
