Humberview Secondary School of Bolton (Caledon) is on display now, at the Fridge Front Gallery in Shoppers World Brampton. It's actually our first ever Caledon exhibit (aside from Mayfield, which is sort of on the border). The Caledon Citizen and Rogers Dufferin-Caledon are both set to cover the show; we expect the newspaper to publish the article Friday, and Rogers to air the segment Thursday, but those are just tentative dates so far.
The exhibit continues until February 16th.
Alex Rodway continues on one of the VAB fridge doors, but we have new works on the themes of Special Arrangements (still life) and Black History Month, both featuring works from the three main VAB youth classes.
Coming up at Fridge Front are Parkway Public School and Earnscliffe Senior Public School, E-Arts Program. Both exhibits are organized by VAB teen members, the first by Emily, the second by Alexandra; in both instances, it's their previous school.
